Full facility bookings combine the main storage room with the lounge for a bigger, open flow that feels unique and automotive-chic. Full facility events require us to pause normal operations for the day, so we’ll plan logistics with you to make sure everything runs smoothly.

    All events should be scheduled at least one month in advance with a 50% deposit to secure your date. Start by reaching out with your preferred date, estimated guest count, and which space you want. We’ll confirm availability, provide a simple agreement, and lock in the details. If your plans change, talk to us as soon as possible. We try to be flexible with rescheduling when the calendar allows, and we’ll outline the cancellation terms before you sign, so there are no surprises.

  • 4) Can I bring my own catering, alcohol, and vendors? What about the cigar lounge?

    Yes, you can work with the caterer or bar service you prefer, and we’re happy to share recommendations if you want a shortlist. We ask that all food and beverage vendors follow our building guidelines and carry appropriate insurance. The cigar lounge is available as an optional add-on for groups that want it, and we’ll review usage rules to keep the experience comfortable for everyone. Please note that anything involving open flame, heavy cooking equipment, or unique installations needs approval ahead of time.
